Welcome to EdgePOS! By registering for and using our service, you agree to the following terms:
Service Use
EdgePOS provides cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) software on a subscription basis.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are billed as per the chosen package (monthly or annually).
Payments are non-refundable once processed, unless required by law.
Data Ownership & Privacy
You own the data you input into EdgePOS.
We will store and process it securely, and never share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Fair Use
You agree not to misuse the system (e.g., unauthorized access, fraud, or activities that may disrupt the service).
Availability & Updates
We aim to provide reliable, continuous service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
We may update or improve the system from time to time.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
EdgePOS is provided “as is.” We are not liable for losses (direct or indirect) arising from system downtime, data loss, or misuse.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malawi (or your applicable jurisdiction).
