EdgePOS – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to EdgePOS! By registering for and using our service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Use

   • EdgePOS provides cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) software on a subscription basis.

   • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Subscription & Payment

   • Subscriptions are billed as per the chosen package (monthly or annually).

   • Payments are non-refundable once processed, unless required by law.

3. Data Ownership & Privacy

   • You own the data you input into EdgePOS.

   • We will store and process it securely, and never share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

4. Fair Use

   • You agree not to misuse the system (e.g., unauthorized access, fraud, or activities that may disrupt the service).

5. Availability & Updates

   • We aim to provide reliable, continuous service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

   • We may update or improve the system from time to time.

6. Termination

   • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

   • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

   • EdgePOS is provided “as is.” We are not liable for losses (direct or indirect) arising from system downtime, data loss, or misuse.

8. Governing Law

   • These terms are governed by the laws of Malawi (or your applicable jurisdiction).
